What is Probate Administration?
I provide some consulting on probate administration for those named as an executor or parties that have priority to be appointed administrator of their loved one’s estate. The consulting is limited to providing information regarding the process and document production as necessary and appropriate. I do not formally represent any parties and cannot represent you in court for these matters. With that said, I take pride in taking one of the most difficult times in a client’s life and make it a little easier for them.
