I provide flat fee estate planning document production for clients.  The basic trust-based estate plan will include a revocable trust, certification of trust, wills, financial powers of attorney, advance health care directives, deeds, and other documents.  I work with the client’s other advisors (financial planners, accountants, etc.) to take a team approach to the client’s needs.

I provide limited trust administration services for both trustees and beneficiaries.  For trustees, I can provide documents to assist in the initial administration all the way through distribution to help make the trustee’s life easier.  For beneficiaries, I let them know what to expect through the trust administration and provide information so a beneficiary can determine whether the trustee is performing their job adequately.

I provide limited probate administration document production services for those named as an executor or parties that have priority to be appointed administrator of their loved one’s estate.  Although I will not represent you in court, I take pride in taking one of the most difficult times in a client’s life and making it a little easier for them.

Certain business ventures, including, but not limited to, your own business, rental real estate, and joint ownership of real estate, can be risky.  Business Planning may include the creation of a corporation, limited liability company, or partnership to better protect your other assets in the event things do not go as planned.  We can be a part of your team that helps draft documents for your particular needs.

Too often, my clients have beneficiaries who are unable to care for themselves.  These beneficiaries may already be receiving needs-based public benefits, such as Medi-Cal or SSI.  Getting an inheritance from you would likely disqualify your beneficiary from continuing to receive those benefits.  A Special Needs Trust can be utilized on its own or embedded within your estate plan to supplement the needs-based public benefit that beneficiary may receive without jeopardizing current or future benefits.  Every trust created by us has special needs capabilities.
