Michael C. Bennett earned his undergraduate degree from University of California – Santa Barbara while majoring in business Economics and minoring in Sports Management. He earned his law degree with taxation concentration from McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento in 2005.
Michael has spent the past 15 years assisting clients and their families with estate planning needs in various capacities. He has assisted clients in the preparation of thousands of trust-based estate plans, assisted in administering trusts and estates following the death of loved ones, and been a part of providing nearly $250,000,000 in charitable giving through his clients plans.
Michael was a long time board member for the Sacramento Estate Planning Council, a member of the South Placer Estate Planning Council, and served on the local Partnership Council for the American Cancer Society. Currently, he is actively volunteering in multiple youth sports organizations and with his children’s schools. Michael is not currently a licensed attorney or accountant.
Michael calls Granite Bay home with his wife, Sarah, and their two young children, Sidney and Chase.
