I provide basic estate planning services for clients. These services may include trust-based estate planning, tax planning, charitable planning, preparation of wills, financial powers of attorney, and advance health care directives. If needed, I bring in a team of attorneys, accountants, financial planners, and others to make sure the client has the best possible plan in place.
After a person has died, I provide certain probate and trust administration services. I consult with attorneys and other financial professionals to make sure their clients know the administration process. As needed and appropriate, I will prepare documentation at a flat fee cost to get a family past a difficult chapter in their lives.
